Challenging a score

Tell us the product, which dimension you are questioning, and what you think is wrong. If we got it wrong we correct it. We do not quietly change a score.

If you are a brand

Send us the evidence. Everything we publish is our assessment of the evidence we hold, and each page says the year we last checked it. If you tell us an entry is wrong we review it, and we do not delete it quietly.
